ChangeHR Mentorship Program (Discounted Price)

As a member of the ChangeHR mentorship program, you will be invited to join me in two LIVE Zoom training sessions every month to empower you with the tools and skills to master a key area of HR.

The first 1.5-hour Zoom training will consist of a deep exploration of the month’s area of focus as I will meet you where you’re at and guide you through the ins & outs of the topic. To ensure you walk away with practical action steps you can execute in your workplace, you’ll get to actively participate through group-sharing, in-depth exercises, case study reviews and more.

2 weeks after the session, you’ll be invited to join a follow-up Zoom session with me which will be fully dedicated to answering your questions and troubleshooting any challenges you may have faced implementing the month’s action steps.

By the end of each month, you’ll notice tangible breakthroughs in your HR career as you continuously deepen your HR knowledge and elevate your performance.
